This was my first time visiting this place or business. I was referred from a friend. I was very impressed on how fast the process was of getting two new tires. I think I sat for maybe 20 minutes if that. All the guys were very nice. I highly recommend the shop and I will definitely be a recurring customer.

Hello everyone.. First, I want to say that these are nice people and I know they have good ratings. But my experience with them on Friday, February 28 and on today, Monday, March 3 was loaded with hassles and a lot of back-and-forth information. I was informed to purchase Front and And rear wheel assembly for my Toyota sienna. When I got to the shop for my appointment on Friday, there was an issue because the part that I had ordered based on the recommendation from Ashley was not everything that was needed. I was then told that they would take my car to a different shop so they could complete the job and its entirety. I received a call from a young lady named essence who told me that They were able to get everything on the vehicle as far as the parts are concerned. I was very happy about this. Today, which is Monday I looked inside the box expecting to only find 10 studs. But I also found these wheel bearings that were supposed to be Inserted on the vehicle as well. Was told by a guy named Gary that there were no need to replace the wheel bearings. I understand that, but I should’ve Been made aware of that initially, when the work was completed. I should not have had to find those bearings on my own, I believe this was misleading and tacky and unprofessional. When I spoke to them about this, they explained to me that there was no need to replace the wheel bearings for the front. So why was I encouraged to purchase them? Now they’re telling me that I can ship the wheel bearings back to the company, but that’s more hassle for me. Update… took the car to my main mechanic. The wheel was wobbling which is what cause this metal clanging noise. Horrid experience.

Let me tell you my car needed a new pair of tires really badly lol. I’ve been putting it off for a while now, but today driving in these Philly streets, I caught two nails at the same time in two separate tires. And I know what you’re thinking if it wasn’t the nails it would’ve been a Philly pothole lol. all jokes to decide I remember this place when I was in my early 20s and he took care of me before so I went back to this place and man the service there was amazing. I got all season Continental tires which made me extremely happy, and the staff was super friendly on top of that I was in and out within 15 minutes. Honestly, I wish more tire shops were like this place and thank you to all the people at this place who helped me out truly recommend this place if you need some tires

This is not the closest tire shop to me but I come here all the time because I trust the service, excellence of the staff, and the support they offer. Great, affordable prices and truly good people who do a terrific job. I never stress when I have a tire problem now. Mike, the owner, is a gem and is excellent at his job. 10/10 recommend
