UPDATE: I worked with the shop and they were able to work with me to help and were very professional. I am updating my review because I appreciate their effort to make things right. ------------------ Tl;Dr: I had a really bad experience. I purchased a new set of tires from this shop and they broke my valve stem. This caused my wheel to suddenly deflate, which could have caused further damage to my car and injury to myself and my girlfriend .Thankfully, I was not on the highway. Yesterday I purchased a brand new set of tires from Wheel and Tire Depot. The service was done quickly and I was satisfied. Today, I decided to enjoy the day with my girlfriend and go for a drive. While taking off, I saw an error notice on my car that the tire pressure was low. I pulled over to the side of the road and as I was investigating, I saw that the entire valve stem for my back left wheel was totally cracked through. I decided to try and fill it slightly so I could nurse it back to my neighborhood. Suddenly, it broke off and shot out, and the tire decompressed totally within a matter of seconds. There were no leaks or cracks before the new tires, so my only conclusion is that this happened yesterday when they were putting the new tires on. If I was on the highway when this happened, it would have been like a sudden blowout. My girlfriend was in the car, I cringe to think of how dangerous this could have been. To make matters worse, I called the shop today and the woman told me that they were about to close and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with the manager but apparently he wasn't in. Rather than call him or otherwise do something helpful, she hung up on me. So, now I'm waiting on the side of the road for a mobile flat fix to come and help me. Day is ruined but at least my girlfriend and I are safe. This is total negligence on their behalf. I can't believe how close we were to seriously getting hurt because of this. What if I didn't see my car's message and this happened on the highway?

I have been going for a bunch of years now, and as always the whole crew has done a great job on all my cars. From tires, suspension, alignments, and tire rotations. Everyone at the wheel and tire depot is always so friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in. I appreciate that when I have a tire emergency, they order the tire and get me in right away. I highly recommend this place.
