Bought a set of new tires from them for my SUV. Once they came in I brought my vehicle by to get the new tires. I had them mount the tires on the factory rims and mount the wheels on the vehicle. I have a separate set of wheels and tires for the winter and when they swapped the wheels they lost one of my hub rings. Also, the alignment was done wrong, the steering wheel was not centered properly and now it’s facing to the right when I’m driving straight. I couldn’t talk to the tech because he doesn’t speak English. They charged me $90 bucks extra for this. They have a real half assed crew over there and I wouldn’t let them touch any of my vehicles again. They should hire licensed techs or mechanics there who speak English and have the proper training to work on vehicles. Their workers may not have the proper training needed to safely work on your car. I don’t have the time to keep bringing my car in so they can train on it, they should already be trained or at least properly suoervised.

Me and my family have been bringing each of our cars to Wheel & Tire Depot for many years. They’ve helped us with everything from tires, to major oil leaks, to regular maintenance. They are professional, efficient, and really great at explaining the issue and providing resolutions. But what’s most important to me, is that I know I can trust them. We all drive families in each of our cars and I trust this place to keep our cars and us safe. And Eddie is a godsend. He has incredible patience, has a wonderful attitude and is so helpful.

- The AVID TOURING-S uses Yokohama's Tri-plex Tread Compound to provide long tread life and all-season traction. - This compound is molded into a symmetric tread design that features Silent Shoulder variable tread block sizes and a central Twin Rail Stability Rib to reduce tread pattern noise while offering confident maneuverability. - The intermediate tread blocks feature Tapered Rain Channels working in tandem with circumferential grooves to help evacuate water and enhance wet traction while Cross Traction sipes provide biting edges to increase traction in wintry conditions. - The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by nylon belt edge strips on top of polyester body plies that are stabilized by tall, tapered rubber sidewall inserts for better absorption of bumps and road vibrations.
