Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! I stopped by Tires of Houston at the end of the day to get two new tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they take care of my tires quickly and professionally, but they even put my spare back under my vehicle without me having to ask. The owner was also very nice, and his team showed great professionalism and courtesy. It’s not every day you come across such a friendly and hardworking group of people. Friendly staff. Helpful. Unfortunately, tech did not know how to use mounting machine. Gouged my rim.....$160 to repair. Only come here if you don't need quality work and if you don't care about your rims getting messed up.

They scratch 3 of my 4 rims, they also try to paint me the scratch with some kind of paint and wanted to blame it on the “ machine”. Luckily I had to come back because my car was shaking. Their technicians are not careful and do a shitty job. Wouldn’t recommend even if they paid me. Too bad they don’t have 0 stars…. Bring it if you want them to scratch your rims!!!

I was driving my car and realized I had a flat. I went to put air in it and by the time I got home it was flat again. I thought I had a nail in it and brought my car in to check. It ended up needing to be replaced. Moumir and his crew were super friendly and very professional. They replaced my tire within minutes!! They were very helpful and gave me a great price. Definitely coming back for all my tire needs!! Thank you guys.
