I went to this place Saturday around 2:45 PM due to antifreeze leak. I expected them to tell me I'll see my car Monday because the closed at 5:00. No they found the leak, replaced the hose and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and service was great.

I highly recommend this shop! They are always accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and they never try to upsell you on services or parts you may not actually need. Prices are also decent and are more reasonable than dealerships or their competitors. I’ve used this shop for oil changes, new breaks, and tire repairs and I have been happy with all of the work they have done on my car.

I unfortunately didn’t have the funds for my repairs and the guy at the desk was very nice and accommodating to help me find a way to have my repairs done. He could have just been done with me but he helped me find a way answering my questions and helping me get my car fixed. Thank you customer service is not easy but he is very nice.

Long wait times even with appointment, aggressive sales tactics, and quoted me 1300 for a wheel bearing hub for the sensor. It's only on one wheel but they quoted me for two. Parts from AutoZone or O'Reilly's were under $200, however they quoted me $450 for parts. Not sure on their actual service but I'd be very careful before letting them do anything, definitely predatory, know exactly what you need and how much parts cost before allowing them to gouge you.

Mitch Mitchel went above and beyond for me. I was 4 hours from home with the possibility of my car being towed back home. He got on the phone with my dad to help make the safest decision on replacing a part or not. He even took my car on a test drive for 20 minutes after the part replacement to make sure it worked before sending me on the interstate. Highly recommend!
