Rich is an all around stand up guy. I called him and let him know of an issue I was having with the balance of my truck tires he told me to come on down and they would fix it. The next day I came down and he took me in right away. I highly recommend this shop.

Very friendly, helpful staff! I had an urgent tire issue, and they helped me right away, were so kind and had overall great hospitality. The manager, Rich, is also the best and guaranteed to put a smile on your face the second you walk in. Will def be returning.

I got an oil change done on my Honda Civic in November in NY, and recently (now in April) close to when my next oil change is due, noticed a burning oil smell inside the car. I took it to my local mechanic I have had for years in Canada, and he discovered that the mechanic at Tire Guys had put 2 L of extra oil into my car / 50% more than what my car is able to hold. This has caused the burning smell and pressure to build from the tank causing a leak that required a $450 repair. Honestly, Tire Guys should be reimbursing me for this cost due to their massive error that could’ve cause further severe issues with my car, or even my car to catch on fire causing death. Thank god this happened during the winter. Very upset and severely disappointed. The mechanic who did this should never have been working here. ————————— EDIT 04/12/2025: Thanks for your reply. I get it’s been 5 months. But this problem caused by the oil being overfilled was just brought to my attention. I guess I got used to the subtle burning oil smell in my car during winter, until someone else sat in the car with me this week (when the weather just got warmer) and noticed how bad it was, causing me to bring my car in to be checked, and then the needed repair to be done. No one else drove my car, nor was the oil touched since the oil change at Tire Guys. I assumed everything was done correctly. The sticker put on my car from Tire Guys showed the next oil change was due April 25, 2025. So there was no reason for me to take my car in sooner. The fact is, my mechanic saw the overfilled oil which caused the leak, and could’ve caused much worse issues for my car. I wanted to make you guys aware of this so that this doesn’t happen to another customer.

I’ve been going here for years and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Rich and the guys are great and always look after their customers. They always do right by you. While other places might just try to charge you for the most possible Tire Guys works with you to not break the bank. After I ran into an issue a few days after a fix and all my coolant spilled out they made sure to fix everything off warranty. They have my trust and of all their customers. Happy to go back time and time again

I was having an issue with my tires where I was feeling pretty bad vibrations at high speeds. I went to Tire Guys just to see if they could do a high speed balance to check if the issue was with the tires. They not only checked my tires on the balance machine, but they gave me a ton of information to further diagnose this issue. Rich helped me understand potentially what the issue could be and showed me exactly what I could do to fix it. The mechanics were all very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend going here if you have any issues with your tires or anything else that needs to be done with your car. I will definitely going back here anytime a need anything done with my tires
