I called around to several tire shops in the area, and most of them were either rude or flat-out said they wouldn’t work on a Tesla. Then I spoke with Scott at City Tire, and it was a night-and-day difference. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and assured me they could handle it without any problem. City Tire provided amazing service at a great price! They put on 4 new tires, mounted, balanced, and even did an alignment—all done quickly and professionally. My Model Y drives like new again. If you own a Tesla or just want a shop that actually treats you right, City Tire in Pittsfield is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Used to be a reputable shop. This past year the quality of service is in the toilet. I have had to return multiple visits for sae issue. On October 8 I was there to determine air leak in tire. Was told it was due to corrosion issues with bead and that it was ground down and a new bead was set. Next day tire is leaking worse, tire has a bulge, return to shop and different person is in charge, states he can't speak to what was done the day before, I must have hit I pot hole. Told me I had no road hazard on the tires. Wanted to sell a new tire for $125. Went elsewhere, confirmed that the tire was damaged by the bead being torn likely from work performed on it. Still had to pay nearly $100 for new tire. So in the process of investigating a leak they destroyed my tire. Thanks so much. I do not recommend going to this shop for anything now.

Always accommodating, professional, timely every time I have been there. All four brakes much better stopping power, full brake pedal, didn’t even realize how worn the old ones were 50,000 miles it was time.
