This is the best Jack Furrier location I have been to. They are fair and communicative, and go way above and beyond for the customers. I came in for an oil change with no appointment and they got it done in a very timely manner. Definitely will be coming back for future services!

Every Jack Furrier I have been to has been quick, efficient, and helpful, but my experience at the Grant and Oracle location went above and beyond! My car died just 48 hours after taking it to a separate car dealership's service department, so I knew I had to take my car somewhere I trusted: Jack Furrier. The person I spoke with, Jack, took time to answer my questions, communicated frequently about the status of my car and was empathetic. I usually leave my dealership's service department feeling stressed and like I had been condescended to, but with Jack Furrier, I feel confident in my car and happy that I have been treated respectfully! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the time Jack took to answer my questions and provide a positive customer service experience. Thank you, Jack & Jack Furrier for fixing my car quickly and for my peace of mind back!

I was a customer of Jack Furrier Tire and Auto since 1994. I'd purchase every set of tires my vehicles needed there. I'd always been happy with their service and prices. That is until June 2025. I researched ahead of time on the website to check tire availability and prices for my Toyota pickup. Two different brands and both touring and all-weather types were available for each brand. Since it said at the website that it was better to come in than to schedule an appt on the website as the appts weren't guaranteed, on June 18 I drove down to the Jack Furrier at 370 W Grant, the location I've used for years. My wife followed so I could drop the vehicle and pick it up later after the tires were put on and the vehicle aligned. But when I dealt with the service manager, he said that no tires of the size for my vehicle were available and that he'd need to make phone calls. Nor could an alignment be done that day. He took my name and number down and said it'd take a day or two and he'd get back to me with an appt day and time. He never did. After waiting a few days and not getting a callback I searched around the Net and found a place just a mile from my residence that had my truck tire size available. I made an appt online, went in at the scheduled time, and had my tires and alignment done in just over an hour. The prices for the tires and alignment, even with the installation charge, were less than what it would've been at Jack Furrier, too. I like to be loyal to local businesses versus chains where possible, but if the local business doesn't value a longtime customer's loyalty, then I'll go elsewhere, and I have.
