I never think twice about anything Doug does. He knows his business and I am always comfortable dealing with him. I am no longer in Medfield, but make the trip at least twice a year for snow tire changes and whatever else I might need. I'm glad that he is there.

I have been using Medfield Tire and Battery for a long time. Doug is honest and provides the best service and his prices are such that it makes no sense to buy mail order tires and then try to locate an installer. You never have to worry about the workmanship, it is always first class. He is very accommodative and will go out of his way whenever he can to help you. He will also have your wheels refinished too if you need that service. I usually like to drive to his shop to set up an appointment and to get a price rather than call since he is quite busy.

Doug is great. It's a luxury having this service so close by. In addition, Doug does such a great job that he has been recommended as a Master Service center by Tire Rack. The building might be small and a bit old, but don't under estimate the service you will get. They are big on service.
