I went in for warranty work as 3 of my tires had splitting in the sidewall. I asked for them to be inspected for warranty. The shop started the work without my explicit approval and billed me $30 for the mounting and balancing of each tire, $90 total. George (have never really had a positive interaction) at the desk told me that the tires would be covered under warranty and I left under the impression that we were even after paying the $90. Over a month later I received an email that claimed that GoodYear didn’t warranty the full price of the tires and that I owed around $250. I asked for documentation that I may have signed that stated that I was responsible for any payment beyond the $90 I originally paid. There wasn’t any. Ken got involved and sent hostile, unprofessional emails claiming that by not charging the full amount of the tires upfront and having GoodYear reimburse me was a “courtesy”. I saw it as a surprise payment. The situation overall was unprofessional and unorganized. Tim (I think) did a good job mounting and balancing my tires though and I was happy with the work. Too bad the office staff made my experience horrible. I would have gladly paid the money if the company had interacted with me in a more positive, professional manner in the first place. Edit: after a BBB report, my main issue with this company is that they refuse to just say that they handled the situation poorly. I was told that how they did business with me was not how they normally do warranties. Why won’t they just apologize for how they’ve done business with me? I don’t know. But I’m sure Ken will have a condescending response to this review that will tell us!

RHD did a great job! They are BBB Accredited, got us an appointment right away, had fair prices, and put my snow tires on in record time! Not only were they quick but they were polite and very understanding as my 2 yr old ran around the showroom trying to climb on the "monster truck tires". I highly recommend them & definitely will use them again!

I've bought 3 sets of tires from them, last set was a very poor experience. I went in one afternoon at 5pm with a large bolt in my tire, I was told it was too late in the day for them to help me as they close at 5:30 "but that bolts not going anywhere" and to come back tomorrow. The bolt came out on the way in the next day and the tire was ruined. To make it up to me, I got to pay full price for a replacement tire plus install, thanks. A week later I came back because a steel band was showing in a different tire that had about 70% tread left, the salesman and tech agreed that this was manufacturer defect and their policy is that i will have to pay for a new tire, plus installation, and they will later contact me to issues a refund after the manufacturer refunds them. A month later, after no response, I contacted them. They told me that the steel band we both inspected was not actually a steel band but a rope plug so the warranty would not be honored. I had these tires installed at RHD and they had not been plugged. I explained my disappointment with this situation, and the last, and the salesman agreed that he would review with his manager and call me back with a solution. I never received a call back. Overall, these guys are a few dollars cheaper on the initial purchase, but if you have any issues you will pay for everything. If you are not happy, standard procedure will be to ignore you and hope you go away. Discount tire has significantly better service, my business is going back to them. Edit: In response to your comments, that is exactly what I was told, that's why I used the quotes. A fair resolution to incident number 1, considering above, would have been labor waived and the replacement tire charged at cost.

I've been recommending RHD to friends for years as they're known for great pricing and professionalism. Paid for rebalance, noticed it hadn't been done. Went back in for a correction, the tech acted annoyed. Checked the work after and found it subpar. Called back to ask about the work and was left on hold until I finally hung up. Not a good look when you don't have basic competence in your core function. I'm not recommending RHD any more.
