I had an urgent issue with my car and they kindly took me close to closing. They not only provided me with an efficient service but also took the time to educate me about my car’s function and it was all done with a smile. I highly recommend this place. They are trying to do right by customers, not get over and make money.

The best family owned BMW auto repair in Pasadena. My 2007 X3 has been serviced there for over 13 years. Consistently great service, and workmanship. They are thorough and knowledgeable. They have loaners available should you need one. They even provide a ride home since I live close. Shout out to Kevin, the service consultant for his professionalism, and expertise on BMWs and standard of care with my 2007 X3, which they keep it humming. Highly recommend this BMW auto repair.

Following my past posts, this time around I had my X5d delivered on a flatbed because it was losing coolant. This was outside of business hours with onsite parking for my car and an easy way to leave a key and the reason for my visit. The diagnosis and cost estimate was delivered to me the next business morning, along with a recommendation for other services in the same (labor) area. While it added to the total bill, I saved some of the same labor charges to perform the recommended service at a later date. Two weeks post service I am very happy with how the car runs; more smoothly at highway speeds.

This shop is very detailed-oriented, and I greatly appreciated the pictures throughout the diagnostic process. Kevin has excellent knowledge of BMWs and is reassuring. The shop is great, but it’s a bit on the pricier side, which is to be expected when receiving quality work.
