Truly horrible experience from this tire shop! Never again! Dishonest and unethical thieves, that’s what they are! They gave you this very expensive quotes and even scare you to death, forcing you to take their service! Thousands more than what you really need! Very unprofessional personnel from their receptionists and Managers at the back— all they do is smirk. Their mechanics are questionable too, I’m sure they are misdiagnosing on what’s really wrong with your vehicle! Stay away from this shop!!! This shop doesn’t even deserve a star at all.

Was there to fix a leaking tire. Was road that there is no leak in the tire and stem is loose. Charge $30. After a week tire is still leaking. Went back and this time was told that they found the leak and can't fix the tire as it was plugged which I know and told them first time. Waste of 3 hrs wait time and $30. I never go back to then and don't recommend 💯

I went for a safety inspection here and failed for 1) tie rod was defective, 2) brake light came on. I just replaced the tie rods myself, and they are completely fine. They are able to be turned easily there is absolutely zero signs of wear on them. So now I paid $120 for the new parts, and have to get an alignment for $200. As for the brake light, the wear sensor was slightly off. The pads and rotors are brand new front and back. If the inspector had taken the most basic look at them, they would have seen that. I decided to look up the standards for the brake light, "Vehicles equipped with a brake pad wear indicator warning light shall not constitute an automatic rejection for the vehicle submitted for a safety inspection". Complete waste of my time and money.

I’m a Marine veteran, but never announced it, nor did I expect any type of preferential treatment. However, upon checking in at the counter for service, Victor Flores greeted me with a smile and asked how many years I served in the military. It caught me off guard, but turns out he was former law enforcement and we immediately connected. Not only that, but the leak I had in my tire actually ended up being the result of a leaky valve core, and they replaced it at no charge. I was in and out of there in 20mins…on a Monday! Additionally, there was a positive vibe in the office/waiting area thanks to how friendly everyone was. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks again for the hospitality and for your service, Victor!
