I purchased a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback from Bob at Larin Auto and had an excellent experience. Bob was responsive, transparent, and did not pressure or upsell like a typical car salesman. Base prices here are slightly above other dealers, but you won't see extra line items snuck in to make the shop more money at the finish line. The condition of the car was exactly as described in the listing, and I've had zero issues after purchase. I wish every car buying experience could be as straight forward and shenanigan-free as this one was.

I have been going to Victor since he opened Larin Automotive Repair Service so many years ago. Likely gone thru 4-5 cars in that time, and eventually, my kids brought their cars to the shop as well because of the unwavering absolutely outstanding service Victor and his staff invariably provides. I absolutely love Larin Automotive for so many reasons!!! The atmosphere in the shop is wonderfully warm, uncontrived, and friendly. They have the best way of examining your car from head to toe that I have ever seen - with wonderfully detailed very informative gradient notations with pictures for every part of your car so you can see it yourself and know if or why something needs to be addressed now, or may possibly need to be addressed 6 months or a year from now so you can know ahead of time and plan any needed Maintenence care for your car. They never ever rush you if you have questions, and they explain everything very thoroughly. Their prices are more than reasonable and they never try to sell you anything! They always go above and beyond and are truly just very thorough, reasonable and impeccable from beginning to end. Their candor and honesty has been deeply appreciated over the years and I honestly don’t know what we would do without them. I hope they will always be there! I am old and have known many other car places before meeting Victor. I can say truthfully and unequivocally that Victor and his whole staff at Larin Automotive are light years above the rest. The service is stellar, every time. If you are fortunate enough to have Victor care for your car, you will never be disappointed. I visited Larin Automotive after over a decade of ONLY going to a dealer for car repairs and oil changes. Larin took care of my needs and assessed what my car needed. Lee was very patient with all my questions and very prompt in sending me an estimate for services that will be required down the road. I felt very comfortable at Larin. They " heard" my concerns. This place is by far the best place to bring your car to for any repairs. They let you know exactly what is necessary without trying to up sell. They get right into it and if something is seen (which is unseen by you), they know about it. Reliable, personable and honest.
