I had concerns about my 12-year-old Honda. To my knowledge, there was nothing wrong but wanted to have it checked over from stem to stern because I was particularly concerned about serpentine chain because the original chain is on the car and it has 112.000 miles on it. They checked everything and all I needed was oil change and cabin filter. Larry Harer and his staff have been wonderful to me since I moved to Newark in 1971 as a young teacher. I have always been treated with respect, integrity and honesty. In early years, if they couldn't fix problem, Larry always sent me to someone who he trusted and that meant a great deal to me. I cannot recommend Heath Goodyear highly enough and will continue to take my car there for any maintanince I need in the future.

Just want to say that the service is great! I’ve taken my car here for pretty much everything. Today I scheduled to get my rear brakes done as “I” thought that was the issue when scheduling. They contacted me to let me know that my brakes looked good and there was a few other issues causing my problem. I told what I’d like done with the info they gave me and they worked with me to determine what was needed to be fixed first. They completed the work in a quick manner and had it done by the time I needed to go to work. As a first responder my schedule is very tight so it’s great that there able to get me in and out in a timely manner! They also started something new which is a full vehicle inspection that is reviewed and sent to you via text / email. It tells you issues with your vehicle, recommended repairs and what parts of the vehicle is in good working order. They also attach photos which is also great, but it goes to show how much effort they put in to diagnose and repair your car. Would also like to add that I have never had an issue with service nor with anyone over the phone and In store. Highly recommend!

I accidentally hit a curb. My tires were out of balance. I have heard good things about the service so I stopped to see if they would look a my front tires. They worked me in and did a great job. My ride back to Columbus was smooth. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Start with setting up my appt by phone, the guy on the phone was super friendly and was not in a hurry to hang up the phone. He took his time and made sure to have all my info. The when I arrived to get my oil changed the lady that waited on me was super nice and friendly and my van was done in a short wait. I would definitley recommend them.

Per my experience every time i have my truck serviced there, these guys are professional friendly and straight forward. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good vehicle service shop in the Newark/Heath area. Jeremy is so pleasant to work with, as are the others in the front of the shop!
