Went in on Friday, applied for a loan (quick and easy process). Got approved the same day and had our SUV by Monday... serviced, clean, inspected, and registered. Also got a check for our old vehicle. The process was easy. Everyone there was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. So far the vehicle we bought runs great and for the price (and the monthly payment/ loan terms) we are extremely happy. If you are in this area and are considering a lightly used vehicle, you should definitely put Route 102 Auto Sales on your list. Good selection, good prices, better service, no pressure sales. Made the car buying process (something I have done many times and usually hate) a good experience. Can easily recommend them and will continue to do business as long as I am in the area.

We can’t believe the amazing service and care we received from Peter and his team today. A friend of mine and I are not from the area and came in for the day from out of town. Her car was making some noise and she was afraid she may not make it back him to NY. We Googled a repair shop and Peter was so friendly. Said “take your time at lunch and stop in when you’re done. We walked in and he took the car out for a spin to pinpoint the issue. He knew immediately it wasn’t a safety concern and that it was a plastic casing somewhere that was causing the sound over a faster speed. We were in and out of there in no time and were able to still enjoy our day. What a great guy and his employees were so friendly as well. It’s like we stepped back in time 30 years ago when people used to care about their customers. You don’t see talk at much these days. We HIGHLY recommend this shop! Cheryl & Max

I was traveling from out of town and my car started making a weird flapping noise. I was so nervous to drive all the way back home with that noise. I stopped in Route 102 and Pete throughly inspected my vehicle, had his crew lay eyes on it as well, test drove and reassured me it wasn’t a safety issue I was good to drive home. He was right!! I made it home safely and had great peace of mind. He didn’t even charge me, I’m so thankful for Pete’s kindness. What a great shop and great people!!!!

I have been going to route 102 for about a year now, they are always wonderful to work with! One example of how they go above and beyond is yesterday, when I brought my car in for an oil leak and and had an almost due inspection (today-been too busy to get it done) and within 6 hours, got the message that it was done, including the inspection, for only half the cost I was prepared for. Saved me time, money, and they are always kind and lovely to work with! Highly recommend!

I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the mass pike. I had my vehicle towed to 102 auto so they could look at it the next day. I emailed Peter to let him know what was said. Peter emailed back but I didn’t see that until I had walked down from the motel I stayed at. He was super busy and couldn’t look at my car but he was so friendly and hospitable for my hours ordeal there. He was upfront with his shops status and recommended I get a tow back to Albany,NY. I did. I appreciated his kind demeanor and honesty. I would be honored to have him work on my car because I feel that he would be straight and fair. His entire team was so kind to me while I was there. I highly recommend them.
