Thank you from the bottom of a mom's heart. My daughter, who lives in Springfield, but is from the west coast has had nothing but respectful and excellent service from Mike and his crew. We are 2500 miles away and can't help her when she has an urgent issue with her car, but your shop has always saved the day without taking advantage of her. Please thank the entire staff. You may not realize it, but you have helped me learn to be ok with letting my grown girl fly.

City Tire offered a discount for essential workers during the pandemic and I've been going back ever since. Tire repair, rotation, alignment, purchasing new tires or installation of Tire Rack tires.... All exceeded my expectations. Service is fast. Recommendations based on techs observation are presented, but never forced on me. While waiting today, I saw two other customers leave happy and faster than they expected. It's not just me. This place is great.
