I called Crothers Tire based on reviews that I had seen on Facebook and when I called, Tom was able to accommodate my requested date of service as I was coming back to Massachusetts from down south. I then called a couple days prior to my appointment to see if they could add an oil change which they did. What's important to me? Great customer service, great pricing and great auto care. I highly recommend Crothers Tire.

So thankful for the cheerful faces at Crothers this morning. Got in my car to head to a doctors appointment in Boston to notice 1 of my tires was 10lbs low. I drove straight to Crothers vs getting on the highway. They were able to quickly figure out a tack nail was the issue topped off all my tires fixed the hole & I was on my way. (Making it on time to my appt) I’ve been a customer of Crothers for years & every single time I’m amazed at the super customer service.

Always has been and will be our go to for emergencies with tires. I picked up a piece of hardware in my tire after driving by a construction site. I called Crothers at 7:30am to see if they could help and had an appt for 9:30am same day. I arrived early and was seen early. Not only did they patch the tire for a super reasonable price, he also put the tire back on for me(which my husband much appreciated as now he does not have to lol). Thank you, Crothers!! We appreciate you all!

Brought my jeep in for a repair to change the oil filter housing. They are made of plastic and are notorious for leaking. They have ones made of aluminum or factory upgraded plastic ones. They replaced mine with an aftermarket no name plastic one that failed 6 months later. Had another mechanic take the failed part out and looked up the part number. It was a $125 part which they changed me over $300 for the cheap part and another $400 in labor. Basically they replaced the original part with a cheaper plastic part that failed 6 months later. When I brought the part into the shop the manager had the nerve to tell me that's the part the jeep called for. Absolutely lied to my face. They didn't replace it with an original upgraded part or an aluminum part. They put the cheapest part in and charged me top dollar in repairs. Thiefs.....

Extremely kind and welcoming customer service. Even when busy, they were able to squeeze us in for a short notice balancing to be ready for a long haul drive to a car show the following day. Certainly will be back if I need any other tire services.
