I’ve gone to Casey’s for years now for work and for personal they always take care of my needs. From alignments to oil changes even new transmissions, they are quick and precise with all of the work they do and have never given me a problem. They make a point to take care of other people’s vehicles and treat them as their own.

This place royally screwed up a simple oil change, potentially causing catastrophic failure to my engine. They refuse to take accountability for their incompetence and tried to deny they threw away essential parts. Liars. I showed evidence and receipts. All I wanted was reimbursement for the repairs we had to do in our driveway and they will not do so because of my "attitude". How would you react if someone ruined your vehicle that you have invested thousands? STAY AWAY. DON'T DO IT.

Was in a pinch and needed work done immediately. Adrian told me about the SNAP finance option for same as cash for 100 days. Got approved in an instant and they got me into the shop SAME DAY to get all this taken care of before a trip I have scheduled for next week. Casey, Aaron, and Jake … all amazing, all super responsive. After being told by two dealerships that their service departments could not schedule for at least a week, Caseys got me in the next day, diagnosed the issue, and performed all the repairs the following work day. I’m back on the road and I’m sure at a price that’s probably 20-30% less expensive than what the dealership would have charged. Thank-you. Peter K

On my long journey home to NYC from Atlanta, my antique car( 95 Chrysler Lebaron) got a flat. I absolutely had no idea where to go and Google directed me to the terrific Casey’s. The calming effect of Adrian at the front desk and the meticulous waiting area and service bays, was so impressive. On the brink of a 10 hour drive , my nerves were settled, my tire replaced. Every single person I encountered at the shop was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend! ps, everyone waiting was a happy return customer. This IS the place!
