My car had a nail in the tire that needed removed. I dropped the car off on my way to work and they had it fixed in 30 minutes for a VERY reasonable price! Staff was friendly and professional and they balanced my tires for free. Next time I had a tire problem on another vehicle I went back and when the tire wasn't done in the estimated time frame they offered to drive me to work down the street.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Lou and his team will take the best care of you. I have gone back to DeSanti tire several times and have always had the best experience. I was missing my hubcaps and Lou told me to stop by the shop since he had a few. He didn't just give me the hubcaps, he painted my other wheel black to match the rest, he rotated my tires and filled my tires with air. I went in thinking it was just one thing I'd get but Lou and his team did not let me leave until they felt I was taken care of. Great prices, great service and great people!

Desantie saved my day!! I got a flat on 95 while on my way to New Haven from out of state. They fixed my tire even though it was practically closing time. They patched my tire up super quick and got me back on the road in no time for a very reasonable price.
