I highly recommend them! We've been using Randolph Automotive for a number of years now and are always happy with the service. They help keep you on track with maintenance, but will also take care of the unexpected issues. I love that we can drop the car off the night before so it's there on time for the work (and we avoid morning rush hour!) and it's often ready before the end of the day. They're informative and transparent and I've also found that the cost is reasonable, all things considered.

I have been using Randolph Automotive for years! The workmanship, customer service and communication are top notch. I feel like I'm visiting a friend when I enter the office. Other than my hairdresser, they are the only the business I tell to do whatever you think it needs. My car is 10 years old, and not once have I questioned any service nor have I needed any major work.

My vehicle needed a new starter, the service and repair was completed quickly. The work that was completed was done correctly and in a day. I would typically give 5 stars but, I requested for them to look into 2 additional items for my vehicle and it was not done, even I was told that they would look into it.
