They handled a slow leak in one of my tires quickly and got me out the door right away. I can always count on Roland's do to a great job. I especially like that they patch not plug the tires so the repair is much more durable. Thank you!

Bought a cheap car recently, came to Rolands (who everyone said was great, but maybe they're under new ownership/management now) and they charged me $99.95 for an alignment that was not performed due to the previous owner apparently cutting the springs on the vehicle before I purchased it. That part, of course, is not Rolands problem, but they charged me the alignment cost for an alignment that was not performed, and mentioned nothing about this before I paid. No paperwork was handed to me either before I paid. Then when I finally do get the paper and my key, I see the alignment values are the same between "previous condition" and "current condition" yet I was charged. This was a massively disappointing experience from a company that is hyped up by some people in my inner circle. They should have told me "sorry, we cannot perform the alignment" and sent me on my way but instead, they charged me full price and said "you're all set." Thankfully my bank already reversed the charge. EDIT: Of course, like every other review posted against them, the owner is coping in the replies. He says "this statement is 100% untrue!" and then apologizes sentences later. Explain this, why would I call the people that scammed me, and ask them to explain the scamming to me? Attached is the coveted "color copy" that he thinks will save the day. To all potential customers of this "business," if you think this is a $99.95 adjustment, by all means go waste your money there. If you, like any sane person, would expect the technician to explain that he cannot perform 99% of the alignment before performing the 1% he actually can do, then take your money to a more credible shop. Zero accountability, which is evident by the owner treating Google reviews like a school girl treats social media.

Who the hell asks there brand new tires to not be balanced… man up to your mistakes… Rolland’s/ Matt you dropped the ball on this one. Pics added to show the scratches that where 100% not there before I brought them to you… this truck has been extensively taken care of since day one till I let your guys hands on it.

Purchased 4 new Cooper Tires , had an alignment, brake check and oil change quickly and professionally done and the car was ready before I expected for a fair price. Staff were very friendly. In the past I had used them for mostly fixing flats or replacing a dead battery. Now I’ll steer all my auto maintenance to them.

We noticed the back tire was flat. Air was put in the tire by a very helpful man in the parking lot. We went to Roland's Tire and their service was excellent. We had a very small wait. The two back tires were purchased and the car is much easier to handle. I definitely will be returning there when I need front tires.
