After posting my original review, Alex immediately reached out to me and made a genuine effort to address the issue — which I truly appreciated. Not only did he take the time to listen, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure I had a good experience moving forward.
He made sure the work was done properly and followed up proactively to ensure I was satisfied. That kind of effort restored a lot of the trust I’ve built with this shop over the years, and it reminded me why I’ve continued to come here.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for over five years, and during that time, I’ve always appreciated the great service, friendly staff, and flexibility—especially when it came to last-minute appointments and rides when needed. That consistency is what kept me coming back with multiple vehicles over the years.
However, I’ve noticed a concerning decline in service quality during my most recent visits. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue: a noise while driving at a certain speed and another when steering to the right. The first time, I was told nothing could be found. The second time, I mentioned the issue again while getting my brakes done, but once again, they said they couldn’t replicate or hear it.
Shortly after, I began experiencing shaking at 60 mph and brought the car back, now for the third time, mentioning all the ongoing issues again. This time, they had a mechanic test drive with me. Unfortunately, it felt like the test drive wasn’t taken seriously. Despite clearly explaining when and how the noise occurs, the mechanic didn’t drive at the speed I described, nor did he take the car on the highway where the shaking and noise were most noticeable. When I expressed concern, his response was dismissive, attributing the rough driving to the road surface rather than taking my observations into account.
When I was called to pick up the car, I was told the tires were balanced and something was done with the brakes—but no clear explanation was provided. I specifically asked whether all the issues I brought up were addressed, and the response was vague and unhelpful. When I pressed for more clarity, I felt like I was being a burden rather than a loyal customer trying to understand what was done to my car. The lack of communication and dismissive tone were frustrating.
Unfortunately, the car is still shaking and both noises persist. At this point, I don’t feel confident continuing service here, which is disappointing given how highly I once thought of this shop. I’ve always recommended them in the past, but it’s hard to ignore the change in experience and service quality lately.
Still a good shop, but clearly something has shifted. I hope they return to the attentive, communicative service that earned my loyalty for so many years.
