I had a flat tire today in my work vehicle and stopped by City Tire to see if they could either plug the tire or get me a new one. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to help. They had my vehicle in and out in no time — right around 3:30 PM. It was one of the smoothest, hassle-free experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. I truly appreciate the efficient service and positive attitude from the team. Highly recommend City Tire for anyone needing fast, reliable, and courteous service!

Every time I need a service, I come to this location because Chris and the guys are so dependable and always go above and beyond. I commute every day to Worcester from Springfield for work, so my car goes through lots of wear and tear. Today on my drive, I noticed my oil pressure light sensor was on, and in a panic I called to see if they could see what was going on with my car. Although they were busy, they still took me in to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. Seeing that I had no oil left, they were able to fit me in for an oil change to make sure I could get home safely. Big shout out to Tim who helped me today! He was literally so awesome to work with, and is just a great guy! If anyone ever needs service in the area, I highly recommend these guys!! Thank you Chris and Tim for today. You guys literally saved my life!

Best place to go. I've been here a few times and bought tires here. This morning I had an issue with my car they did a diagnostic ( I think that's what it is) found the problem right away. They had a lot of other work ahead of me and suggested if I wanted to go home and wait but instead of paying for a ride home and then back I waited. And the wait wasn't bad maybe less than 3 hrs for someone who didn't have an appointment. I highly recommend going there. I'll be back before summer to have my AC fixed. They are professional, kind, and very positive. Thank you.😊 Heather O'Rourke
