I had gotten a flat on my way home from work around 5:00 (they close at 5:30) they were so kind to wait for me to bring my wheel in to replace it with a decent used tire. It’s $50 for a used tire mounted and balanced pretty standard stuff, the care and understanding is what set them apart for me, will definitely return for more of their services.

It was good I took my car to them because flynns tire didn't did a bad alignment but made their computer give all green number, when I took it to katz they showed me what it actually was before they did anything (first picture) and then they fixed (second photo) it and it is now driving a lot better as it should've been, so they have my business when it comes to anything tire or wheel related.

Marissa and the guys at the Norton location are awesome! Called and spoke to her on Tuesday about tires, she ordered them and they were In the next day…got them put on Friday and they had me in and out!

I only gave 5 stars because the system doesn't let me give more. But this shop deserves more than 5 stars! I was impressed by the mechanics, who were very professional and very fast. I'm sure I'll be back to take advantage of their great service! Best price in the area!!!
