Great experience. Had a flat tire. Went in greeted nicely. Was given option to buy a good used tire or a new one. Really liked the option of the good used tire. Looked about like the ones on my vehicle. Service was done fast and I was on my way.

This place is so great! I got a flat on a Sunday and came in and they had it fixed up in less than 20 minutes at a super affordable price! I came in again a few months later for a slow leak on another tire and they made sure all my tires were in good condition. Very trustworthy, quick, and easy! And I’m not super knowledgeable with cars at all and they make me feel comfortable!

Victors tires has been the only place I have and will ever get my new or used tires at. They always lasts me a really long time and they are super reliable. It was a fast process and a great deal. I won’t ever go to Goodyear if I don’t need to. They were super kind and helpful to assure I got nothing but the best type of tires during this winter. Now I can finally feel safe while driving. This store at this location has never cease to impress. I am very grateful for them and the crew here.

The tires I bought from them felt lumpy after about 25000 miles. Victor told me he would would give me a discount on 4 new tires but the price he quoted me was more than if I bought tires somewhere else. I told him to do it because I was in a time crunch. Once the tires were installed he added more money for tax which he said wasn’t included in the quote. I used to be a loyal customer with these guys but won’t be doing anymore business with them. Their warranty means nothing.

I came and left my car for two hours, I agreed on a price($270) everything, with the guy and when it was time to pay he told me that the price he said was per tire, whereas a tire at Walmart is $130 each and he charged me $270 each, total $540.. a very abusive price and I waited another 40 minutes for them to take the tire off and put the old one back on. I wasted the afternoon and I will never set foot in that place again, I do not recommend it, every time you come it is a different price.

When Victor started, over 20 years ago, there wasn’t this type of work for Hispanics. Americans did almost all tire shops, mechanics, and car sales. Victor’s Tires grew by serving the Hispanic population of Utah, and the thing that made it work was the attention to detail, care of every customer, and giving the best price for the best work.
Victor came to the US because of his joy in traveling and discovering new things. Victor has always set daily goals and worked to achieve them.
Victor’s Tires started because Victor was trying to take care of people. He didn’t see it as a business at first, just a way to help others. A lot of people were asking him for favors and had questions about tires. He started only by separating bad tires from the good used ones.
Eventually, people started asking for specific tire sizes and asking if they could buy them. At first, he would find good used tires and give them away. Helping others find tires started with just one or two requests a week. When he started getting asked for tires 5-6 times a week, he realized that this could be a business.
