For the most part Ron's is a 5 star tire and auto repair shop. They have been my go to tire shop for me for almost a decade. They do excellent other work as well. They have replaced my brakes, wheel bearings, transmission fluid and coolant. They give out detailed alignment charts that make you feel comfortable about the alignment being done well. Unfortunately they are not willing to install customer sourced tires. Even when they can not source the tires themselves. It's understandable to encourage customers to purchase their tires directly from Ron's. For obvious reasons. However when Ron's can't get the tires a customer needs it is unacceptable to refuse to install any tire simply due to being sourced elsewhere. When a customer is in need of help a buisness should consider being helpful not just their bottom line. There is a way around this issue, like adding a surcharge for tires sourced elsewhere. I got a unprofessional response of "we don't have enough time for that". They are less helpful these days then they used to be. I know this because the last two times I had this issue Ron's helped me by putting on my tires. It's a shame. Because they really are a pretty decent shop overall.

I went to Ron's Tire to get a second quote on exhaust work that the Honda dealership told me I needed to do asap. The dealership told me that I needed a complete exhaust system and their price was exorbitant. Ron's did a thorough inspection and determined that I only needed the middle section replaced... a huge savings! To top it all off, I was in and out for this repair in 2 hours.I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism I experienced today at Ron's Tire and it's now my go-to for service.

Really great service!!! Highly recommend! I went to Ron’s tire 9 months ago to get new tires. They were great about walking me through all the options without influencing my decision or upselling anything(really appreciate that as a female). 9 months later, my car failed inspection because a there was damage on the side wall (thanks MA potholes). It took 2 minutes on the phone for them to pull up tire warranty info, order a replacement and set up an appointment. Service on the day of was swift, responsive and reliable. They even got my car inspected while I waited in a very nice waiting area. I highly recommended these guys for any and all tire needs.

Talk about a lifesaver! 🙌 My family has been hit with a streak of car troubles lately 😩 Thankfully, we have Ron's Tire in Framingham just a short drive away. These guys are AMAZING. Not only did they get us back on the road quickly each time, but they were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. What really impressed me was how they took the time to explain everything clearly. They didn't just fix the problem, they educated me on what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I really appreciated that! It's such a relief to have a reliable, trustworthy mechanic like Ron's Tire nearby, especially with all the holiday travel coming up. And knowing they're a BBB member gives me extra peace of mind. They've definitely earned a customer for life! 👍

- Treadwear Warranty - Terra Grappler G2 features a brand new compound new to Nitto's Grappler line of products. Through the introduction of new materials, Nitto was able to maintain the versatile all-terrain compound while increasing the longevity of the treadwear. For the first time Nitto is backing an all-terrain product with a limited treadwear warranty which covers 50,000 miles for LT-metric and floatation sizes, and 65,000 miles for hard metric sizes. - Coupling Joints - Nitto decided to reinforce the coupling joints in the Terra Grappler G2, which connects the outer most tread blocks to the center blocks, to increase the block edge rigidity. - Full Depth Sipes - Terra Grappler G2 is equipped with full depth siping.
