They do not take appointments and there are very long wait times for walk-ins, because they give priority to people who leave their car. Unfortunately, dropping off the car is not possible for a lot of us. I went somewhere else, which was much more accommodating.

A huge Thank you to Hometown Tire in North Adams! What I thought was gonna be 300$ for 1 tire ended up only being 25$ for a tire repair. Thank you for your honest blessing! 🙏❤️ Working a 16 hour shift on Thanksgiving and ran over a railroad spike bringing a coworker home and flattened my tire. This truly a thanksgiving blessing, thank you!

Quick and friendly service... helped with deciding which tires I wanted... very fair prices..went to pick my truck up and when they gave me my bill it was $120 lower than their quote...they noticed my Veteran plates and gave me a discount... I did not ask for it but was pleasantly pleased that they take care of us Veterans
