Friendly, helpful, and super fast!! I called to schedule an appointment for my tires, and the gentleman I spoke with said I could come right over, which I was surprised because it was a Saturday. They finished replacing all 4 tires in a little over an hour, and the price was very reasonable! Excellent service, I will be a repeat customer!

This service center is reliable and has skilled workers of consistent quality. Other tire stores can't even seem to accomplish proper tire pressure! But, unfortunately, the front desk service is abrupt and unsmiling. I was made to feel like a nuisance on a tire repair on the tires I bought from them. Any kind of smile or greeting would make a difference. I may avoid WT& A just because of the unfriendly desk service.

The guy working at reception was really rude when I was asking him a simple question. I went to get my car inspected, and the mechanic told me that everything was good with my car, but the only thing preventing me from passing was my headlights. I said alright and paid $30 for ONE HEADLIGHT for the front just so my car would pass inspection. Then afterwards, I was told my car didn’t pass inspection. I went back a week later, and my car passed inspection without fixing anything. It seemed like a big waste of time for me to have to come back, and you end up overpaying a lot for something like one lightbulb that costs $10
