Every time it's a great experience. Everyone that works there is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are incredibly fair and you never feel taken advantage of. As a woman I always feel safe going there knowing they are going to take my concerns seriously and never talk down to me. Love this place!

Got all of my tires replaced here for $1000. It's pretty much a drive-thru tire service, which is amazingly fast and easy. I went there on Friday evening and it was very popular. At first, I had to stop on the road to join the line with three other cars in front of me. I felt bad because that was actually blocking the bus stop and the right lane for every car, so I left after 15 minutes of sitting there. I came back about an hour later and luckily got in the line and only had to stop on the driveway (or walkway), as you can see in my first picture. There's a wait time, but once they come to you, it's very fast. I said I needed all of my tires replaced and I wanted to buy them here. The staff just checked my tires first, walked into the office, and rolled out four new tires and showed me the price tag. To be honest, I don't know that much about cars and tires, so I totally trusted the crazy 8000+ positive reviews here, so I didn't check too much but immediately said OK. They are Goodyear, a huge brand that I feel very reassured by. The payment was easy and clear. (I wish I had enough cash in my bank so I could use cash or a debit card without paying an extra fee for using a credit card. The cashier made it clear before you selected your payment, and I appreciate that.) Service was fast, as everyone said. Also, there's a restroom for customers!❤️ I'd want to remind other people that you might want to just turn left after you leave the service area. I went straight first, and unfortunately, there was a parked car blocking there, so I had to turn right into that very tight alley. You need good driving skills or a small car.

Hi!!!!!! Omg!! This tire service will now and forever more be my go to for tire service! I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was sooo sweet and knowledgeable about his work! I appreciate that because I'm a female, and men will try to take advantage of a female especially if she doesn't know too much about cars. And also he said that God reflects his work!! And when said that I knew i was in good hands 🙌🏾!! So thank you all at Mac tire service!! God bless yall and continue to give the great service you give!!! If I could rate them beyond 5 stars they would have 20!!

The tow truck driver recommended them and he was right. Who knew you you could get two new tires at 10 pm? The installer made sure the new tires were on the front and rotated a tire to where the other flat had been on the side. Great service and even a decent bathroom. The prices weren't bad either. Don't forget to tip the hard working installer.

I recently came in for a tire plug, but additional air was not added to achieve the required tire pressure balance. I’ve been a customer for years, and typically the tires are filled a little more so that they settle to the proper pressure over time. On this occasion, however, the tire was left at 34, requiring me to add air myself to meet the proper balance and match the other tires—despite having already paid $22 for the service. (See the image below: this image was taken right after service and it still remains) I understand that prices have increased, but the quality of service should remain consistent with the cost. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
