The best family owned BMW auto repair in Pasadena. My 2007 X3 has been serviced there for over 13 years. Consistently great service, and workmanship. They are thorough and knowledgeable. They have loaners available should you need one. They even provide a ride home since I live close. Shout out to Kevin, the service consultant for his professionalism, and expertise on BMWs and standard of care with my 2007 X3, which they keep it humming. Highly recommend this BMW auto repair.

Bimmer PhD went above and beyond fixing my 2009 BMW E90 M3. One morning, the car didn’t start and Bimmer PhD fit me into their schedule to get my car running again quickly. The service was amazing and their prices are very fair. I communicated with Kevin, who was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. The communication was exceptional. I always knew what was going on with the car and the estimated time for completion. I was a first time customer of Bimmer PhD and will definitely be going back in the future.

Amazing service! They defy all stereotypes about mechanics and service centers. They were kind, fair, knowledgeable, and honest. I had an urgent issue with my car and they kindly took me close to closing. They not only provided me with an efficient service but also took the time to educate me about my car’s function and it was all done with a smile. I highly recommend this place. They are trying to do right by customers, not get over and make money.
