This is my third time going back to Easy Tires. The team there is incredible! They’re incredibly affordable, super reliable and their service is quick. They changed all 4 brakes and rotors in under an hour and a half. 10/10 highly recommend, and will continue to be a returning customer. Thanks for all that you do!

This place is phenomenal not only are the price points extremely affordable, especially on the drop of a hat, but the men who work here are extremely professional and kind yesterday I went in to get a tire of mine replaced or patched. This is the second time I’ve gone here for the services and the guy who helped me out was so nice Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he had a beautiful accent And a very kind heart, he informed me about antifreeze and even put coolant in my car. Of course I tipped him, For going above and beyond, but it needs to be said here as well great place great prices easy access. Definitely check it out.

Every time I have come to the tire shop it has been great work and customer service. I don't what happen to the customer service August 27, 2025, I got to the shop on a flat there were closed early my time stamp was 6:40pm. I rung the bell and no one answer and man come barreling out, he yells go to the gas station to get air in the tire. I am on a flat. He stated that we are close go to the gas station and get air in the tire, he never look at the tire got in his car and drove off. My feeling hurt and mad, I couldn't go anywhere at this point so I parked my car on Leland and Clark around the corner and walk home. I got up early before work to resolve my tire situation with the tire on the flat of the rim of the tire. I drove back there you can tell he was in a bad mood. He said to me you want me to fix the tire or you want a new repeating it two in a short and disrespectful tone. I said aren't you suppose to access the situation first and again he says you want me to fix it or new one 120.00 dollars and don't forget it. I said why do I need to not forget it. This man was clearly agitated about something. He fix the flat and said no charge and walk straight to his office in the back. I have never encounter such bad service from this shop, I have been coming for over 10 years, my husband and children. The need to fire this jerk and bring back the good customer service the guys are always nice and helpful and polite. This guy is going to make them lose business or his bad attitude. I was so mad at him that I did see him again by the gym L.A fitness. I won't be there again and yea the tire had to be replace on Saturday morning at a different location on Peterson. SMH!!!! Until they replace that man, I want be there again.

Went here because my check engine light came on. They told me it was due to spark plugs needing to be changed. Charged me $255. After an entire day of waiting they said they were done. I got a check engine light again a day later. Took it back and they switched some thing around which “fixed” it temporarily. Then got a check engine light again the next day. Took it back and they said they can’t fix my issue because the work I need, they don’t do there. They basically charged me $255 to “fix” something that didn’t need to be fixed and can’t do the work my car actually needs. Now I have to go to another mechanic and spend more money. Don’t trust these people because it seems like they don’t know or lie about what your car actually needs.
