I trust them. Been there several times to fix something, which they did, and didn't charge me anything. Had them check my tires to see if they needed replacing, and they told me "no, but we'll check in again in the spring (5-6 months away).

I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now. Bill and Steve are trustworthy and will give you an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and will charge a reasonable price to complete the repair. My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. Steve called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the costs before proceeding. I highly recommend Mack Alger for all your auto maintenance and repair needs.

Honest fast fair pricing. Went twice to Belle Tire then Discount Tire and they could not fix the problem. These guys found the problem in an hour. Will never go anywhere else.

Why would anyone go to the corporate tire locations that just want to take your money when you could go somewhere local, a small business, and get better and more honest and respectful service, and support people instead of corporations?
