I've gone to budget auto repair a few times and each time Kevin has been very helpful and honest. He is straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking my car to him anytime you have questions/problems with your car.

⚠️STAY AWAY, CON ARTIST WHO WILL DO DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE⚠️ I brought my vehicle into Budget Auto Repair presenting the issue of my bumper sagging, along with the plastic of the wheel well rubbing against the driver's side tire. I asked if they could reclip the bumper and secure the wheel well. The "mechanic", Eddy, looked at my car and told me he could clip the bumper into place, and that they have the clips in stock. Eddy said he could do it right then and there. ⚠️ I had to be at work in 30 minutes, so Kevin led me to a nearly broken down car with a rejection sticker dated 2023 on the windshield. This was the shuttle. The shop would be closed when I got out, so we arranged for me to pick up the car after hours. So, I paid over the phone, not seeing the quality of their work before doing such. ⚠️⚠️Upon seeing the car, I observed that the bumper was still sagging and unclipped, and that they had drilled a screw into it. They also attempted unsuccessfuly to keep the plastic away from the tire by using a ziptie. ⚠️⚠️⚠️I tried multiple times to contact Kevin by phonecall. He did not respond. Instead, he eventually TEXTED, nastily. He attempted to gaslight me into believing what they did was what I "asked for", when that is far from the truth. He offered to work on the car again. Having now seen the quality of their work, I declined. Kevin declinded a refund, stating that charging me $105 for drilling a screw into my bumper was justified. He caused over $800 in damage (the price of a used bumper, plus installation fees), and let's not forget: the bumper is STILL not clipped in correctly, and the wheel well is STILL dragging against the tire.⚠️⚠️⚠️ 🤡 In Kevin's comment on my 1 star review, he claims my car has over 200 thousand miles on it. It only has 166 thousand miles on it. So, it's apparent he lies often and unprovoked. I expressed hopes of trading in my vehicle one day, and even knowing this, Kevin chose a route of disrepair that would be highly visible and also diminish the value of my vehicle. ⚠️TLDR: Kevin and Eddy are not professionals. They are running a con that needs to be shut down. Please read their reviews here and on yelp BEFORE even considering bringing your vehicle to them. Please just go elsewhere. They have scammed many people and show no remorse.⚠️

Kevin is the absolute best. I brought my vehicle to him because it needed new shocks/struts and also because it failed inspection due to a small emissions leak. He was quick with the repairs and his prices were unbeatable. When it turned out that the emissions leak was still not fixed (not his fault - small emissions leaks like the one I had can be near impossible to find and repair) Kevin made it his priority to solve the issue for me. He went above and beyond all expectations to find and fix the leak, spending many, many hours on my vehicle. He did not charge me labor for any of the repairs after the initial repair due to his very generous warrantee policy on repairs. He is honest about what repairs are needed, and when there is a less expensive option he would always offer that instead of recommending expensive parts replacements. He also gave me rides to/from my vehicle when needed. If I have a small issue with my car that is a quick fix he has often allowed me to swing by at a moments notice for minor services like helping me put refrigerant in my ac at no charge. I would highly recommend Budget Auto Repair if you are looking for an honest skilled mechanic! Thank you Kevin for all you did to help me!

Ok I will say this I had head gasket done on my old Pontiac at first Kevin seemed knowledgeable brought my car in November of 2012 did not get back until may of 2013 so many trips back and forth car was totally screwed up when I finally got it back it was not close to being right 3 more times back at his shop thank God for AAA and I was done and definitely not what I called budget he definitely was not cheap I would never use this place again even his own mechanics disliked him. By the way he likes to erase bad reviews but trust me I'm a legitimate person

My sister and I always go to Kevin at Budget Auto Repair with our car needs! He's reliable and his pricing is very reasonable. I can always trust him to return my car within a timely manner and he's even come to pick me up when my car was ready. I would recommend to anyone in the area!
