Knew it was time for new brakes, and had a couple of estimates, when I pulled into Gills Point S Tire & Auto. They offered the best price and friendly, knowledgeable, HONEST, quality service. They were true to keeping the appt time and having my car back to me when they said it was going to be ready. They treated me and my car with respect. Lastly, but importantly, the customer service area was clean and welcoming; and, you could see the shop area was organized and professional. Very good experience!

Really great place if you’re a woman with limited car knowledge worried about being taken advantage of. I was told by a mechanic elsewhere that I needed my transmission serviced. Took my car to Gills to have it done. They checked the transmission and went over the carfax with me before scheduling. Turns out I have about 25,000 miles left before I need it serviced. They did explain that I needed my breaks serviced, which I verified and found out I was long overdue for. They ended up saving me a couple hundred bucks, and explained everything to me in detail without making me feel stupid. Great place. Awesome staff. Would recommend.

Took my tire to get replaced due to a lump in the side wall and was satisfied with the pricing and service. But when I returned with the same issue on the tire that was just replaced(barely 5 months of use) and told me "I must've hit a pothole." Refused to replace it without additional charges for a new tire.

Jessica is a very competent customer service advisor. She understands her products and their relationship to the car. She is the only person I talked to, however I get the impression that these folks are honest and hard working, and want to treat the customer right.
