Very nice and honest guys and great customer service! I came in tonight with a very low rear left tire right before closing time. The guys looked over my tire not wanting me to leave if it needed a plug or replacement. Luckily there was no puncture, so they filled my tire with air, checked all my other tires and sent me on my way. They told me that they wanted me to be safe and wanted to make sure all was right. I am very grateful and thankful that I drove into their shop this evening. I highly recommend Rite Tire & Auto. Good guys!

I found this place through Groupon and I spoke to a gentleman named Carlos for a reservation. He was super sweet over the phone and gave me a same day appointment. When I went in person I met with a gentleman named Abby and he was super amazing and informative. While I waited for my car to be serviced I spoke to him and enjoyed my conversation. He was funny and attentive. My car didn’t take long to be serviced and the gentleman that serviced my car his name was Pinedo. He was super professional and he even left a sticker on my glass that shows when I have to do my next oil change. I would definitely come back to get my oil change with this great customer services.

Very disappointing experience and a waste of time. I went in with a Groupon for an oil change and was told I had to pay an extra oil disposal fee that was not disclosed in the Groupon description. They also claimed they couldn’t loosen the oil drain nut and said they would only proceed if I accepted responsibility for any damage they might cause, which is completely unreasonable. I am attaching a video of the wrench they were using to attempt to loosen the nut. After they refused service, I took my car to the shop that previously changed my oil, and the mechanic opened the nut in front of me with no issues at all. I had to request a refund from Groupon. Be cautious—hidden fees and refusal to honor advertised services.

Me and my husband went to fix a tire, and they only put a plug instead of properly patching it. The tire went flat again the next day, and when we returned, they refused to fix it or refund us and spoke to us very rudely. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this place.

I came in around 11:40 am. and asked if they could have me out by 12:30pm. They said yes, and they delivered. They repaired my driver side rear tire quickly and professionally. While I waited, I took my Rottweiler, Tank, for a walk. When we came back, Tank was hot from the walk, and they were kind enough to give us some water. That really meant a lot. Great service, respectful timing, and a thoughtful team. Thank you again to Carlos and Ali at the shop along with all the staff. King Wren and Tank 🐾 #iseeTank
