I’ve been going here for years . I’ve bought 2 sets of tires for my car, bought tires for my wife’s car and my mom’s car. Recently, I spent $1800 servicing my wife’s car there. During that service they noticed my taillight was out and asked if I wanted to fix it. I needed an inspection in December so I said we would just take care of it then so it would pass inspection. Took the vehicle in for inspection and they called me about the taillight (which I knew was needed) and wanted $140 labor charge to change the bulb. I told them I had already removed the trim to get to the bulb and that was an outrageous amount to change the bulb. He said he would look at it and called me back and said he would only charge a $40 labor fee to change the bulb. I said that was crazy for 2 minutes of work and to just put a rejection sticker on it. Took the vehicle to Bill Talley Ford ( a car dealership) and they only charged $10.42 for the bulb and labor ! Absolutely no customer loyalty. They were going to blindly charge me initially $140 for the same work! Check your charges with them before authorizing any work to be done. I will never spend another penny at this service center again! Be very cautious there!

Will, Chase, Todd, Caleb, and Jimmy do an excellent job providing service and guidance to the public for all automobile needs and advice. I have been going to Buffalo Tire since 1981 and the family has always been cordial, prompt, and straightforward. They always provide multiple options for tire selections and other repairs which is great comfort to all of their customers.
