I had an outstanding experience at Radial Tire Company. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. I arrived almost at closing time and Adam seeing the condition of my tires agreed to take me so late. Keep in mind I needed 4 new tires. The work was done promptly, and I appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the process. The pricing was transparent and fair, and the service was top-notch. It's rare to find a shop that combines professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service so seamlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future tire needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service.

Highly recommended! I bought some tires, and they mounted and balanced them on my rims at a great price. They worked with me to test fit and choose the right tire size to make sure I was satisfied with the fitment on my car even on a busy day.

Great service and fair price! Helped find winter tires and rims for my BMW XB7 that the dealership service department could not find, and they worked to get me a good deal. Good old fashioned friendly service on a first name basis with real people. They were referred to me by a friend who’s a gear head, after I told him I couldn’t find what I needed working with three different BMW dealer service departments and with Tire Rack and Discount Tire. Shout out to Sam for all the leg work tracking down the rims and tires and Adam and team for the friendly service when I arrived. Update: my 2nd visit in March 2025 was also successful. Another 5 out of 5. No reservations and you have to wait a while, but worth it for the service. And I always meet interesting people while waiting!

It was my first time visiting Radial and the experience was great. Despite an estimated 2.5 hour wait, I was there for little more than an hour. I had the pleasure of waiting in comfort and the further pleasure of awesome customer service. Another perk was seeing some unique vehicles pass through for servicing. Shout out to Adam the young lady at the front for the extra attention.

I cannot recommend Radial Tire enough. I've never had such consistently positive, pleasant experiences with any other auto service shop, including higher-end dealers. I've had many experiences with them over the past 6 years, with two different vehicles. Every time, it's been a pleasure. They always consider the least expensive option, like plugging a leak (if safe) or replacing one tire instead of two, if possible; and they never push to upsell you. Instead, they present you with a range of options at different price points and advise you about the pluses and minuses. Instead, of squeezing extra money out of every interaction, clearly, they believe they'll more than make up the difference through loyal, repeat business and word of mouth. Plus, their waiting room is pleasant (always playing some calm, classical music) and everyone is positive, upbeat, and friendly. Service is usually super quick. They open at 9:00 am most mornings, but on Satudays, you can line up as early as 7:30, and they usually begin work before 9:00.
