Ashley was absolutely amazing! I had a million questions and she answered each and every one of them with patience and professionalism. She made the whole process of getting my brakes done so easy — I didn’t even have to call. My appointment was set up entirely through text, and she provided an out-the-door price before I even brought my car in, which I really appreciated. My brakes were in really bad shape, and they were able to fit me in quickly and get everything done fast. The service was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I recommend this Kia shop every time — I wouldn’t trade my Kia or their service for anything. Huge shout-out to Ashley! 👏🚗

I desperately drove into the dealership after an emergency issue with my car that AAA and AutoZone couldn't help me with. Although it was only 20 minutes before closing, they agreed to take my car in for a look. Because they had dealt with the same issue on a previous job, they knew exactly how to fix my car, did so in a few minutes, and didn't even charge me for it. I am so grateful to the service staff (and the salesperson who greeted me) for salvaging what had been a very stressful day!
