I was referred here from a good friend. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. They gave me an information packet about car parts. They were patient with me and answered all my questions about my wheel lugs and locks. The price I paid for my tires were so much cheaper than I paid at Firestone. There were not a lot of extra fees like Firestone. My receipt from W P Cooke was a simple 1 page receipt. This is my go to place from now on.

The office manager was friendly efficient and professional. I have finally found a family of people with my same values. The manager. also, was great and provided me with a range of options which in this day and age when we must stretch our pennies, was extremely helpful. The follow-up and the educational info provided was invaluable. All car shops are not created equal. I am so glad that I found this shop. Ironically a mechanic from another shop who did not perform tire alignment, said that this is the shop that he personally uses. I can see why

Just here to add in to the positive reviews. I just got all tires of my car changed here today and they did a great job. I first stopped by cos my tires felt unbalanced when driving. This is a car I recently got, so just wanted to be sure everything is working fine. They recommended changing all tires, so I'd planned to come by the next morning. Plans changed and I had to drive back there, arrived about 45 mins before they close, and they were so considerable and still worked on it for me. Car's running smoothly now! If you need your tires checked in Philly, this is the place to go to. I bet you, the positive reviews you're seeing are genuine!

I stopped in to get my tires speed balanced at the shop I normally use, but since they don’t do alignments, I did a quick Google search and was lucky enough to find W.P. Cooke Tire. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. He mentioned they had a few cancellations and was able to get me in right away. I went to the Broad Street location and everyone there was welcoming. The place has a nostalgic feel—there just aren’t many shops like this left. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The tech kept me informed the entire time and explained exactly what was being done. They’ve definitely earned all of my future business. Highly recommended! 🙌

Hello everyone.. First, I want to say that these are nice people and I know they have good ratings. But my experience with them on Friday, February 28 and on today, Monday, March 3 was loaded with hassles and a lot of back-and-forth information. I was informed to purchase Front and And rear wheel assembly for my Toyota sienna. When I got to the shop for my appointment on Friday, there was an issue because the part that I had ordered based on the recommendation from Ashley was not everything that was needed. I was then told that they would take my car to a different shop so they could complete the job and its entirety. I received a call from a young lady named essence who told me that They were able to get everything on the vehicle as far as the parts are concerned. I was very happy about this. Today, which is Monday I looked inside the box expecting to only find 10 studs. But I also found these wheel bearings that were supposed to be Inserted on the vehicle as well. Was told by a guy named Gary that there were no need to replace the wheel bearings. I understand that, but I should’ve Been made aware of that initially, when the work was completed. I should not have had to find those bearings on my own, I believe this was misleading and tacky and unprofessional. When I spoke to them about this, they explained to me that there was no need to replace the wheel bearings for the front. So why was I encouraged to purchase them? Now they’re telling me that I can ship the wheel bearings back to the company, but that’s more hassle for me. Update… took the car to my main mechanic. The wheel was wobbling which is what cause this metal clanging noise. Horrid experience.
