Cameron was very helpful with my special requests that other shops weren’t willing to accommodate. Everyone at the shop was friendly and they completed the work so fast. They had great communication. They called as soon as my wheels arrived got them done the next day. We had an issue with programming the tire pressure system and they continued to follow up to make sure the issue was resolved. Very impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend!

Katz Tires was awesome. Pulled up needed some tires swapped out, no problem. Was done fast and professionally. Katz also saved me over $500 on new tires for my BMW. Customers service was great, will definitely use them again and recommend to others

Called ahead to see if they had a used tire for my suv (rare, outdated size) and they did! But only one, so I rushed over and when they got to work on it - they discovered an issue with the tire they had. They quickly let me know about the issue and someone on the staff went to another location and picked up another one and the same size from another location brought it back and finished the job. The tire they put on was better quality than the one they were going to at first and they didn’t even charge me extra! Super nice guys and super grateful they were able to help me out. 1000000% recommend!
