Went to Katz because my car had a flat and I had no spare. Service was fast and professional. They had the tire I needed and the price was reasonable. Michael was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. I am disabled and use a walker, and he made sure I got in and out of the store safely. Michael did an excellent job installing, and he even disposed of another damaged tire I had in the trunk at no charge. Katz is a great place to do business with. I will definitely go back!

Earthly angels to my rescue! I was on my way to an important event and had a flat. Zach, Abdul, and Mario were so respectful, helpful and efficient to assist me with my air leak so I wouldn't miss my important prayer breakfast. Customer Service Excellence! I highly recommend. My boss referred me after her great experience. Consistent with their care, I am so grateful. God continue to bless this business.
