I bought tires elsewhere and whenever I lose pressure, they treat me like any other customer. They help me fill it, tell me what is likely going on, tell me what to discuss with the dealership, and make sure I know how to recalibrate. Always treat me with respect and kindness even though I'm not a big sale. They also always get me out quickly. The line can be long but I recommend going at off hours since it is 24-hours. I go before 6am or after 8pm.

I visited Mac's Tire Service to have 4 new tires and a spare mounted and balanced. The technicians were very skilled, careful, and diligent. Additionally, the office staff were very polite and facilitated a great experience. Real professionalism was on display from all involved which is not easy to come by. 5/5 rating. I will come back in the future to purchase tires and/or receive a tire related service.

Being out of town and needing a tire, I found this spot to be exceptional. The service was quick, accurate, and we'll done. They were friendly and super helpful. Not super easy to get to as it is a drive-thru style but definitely worth the time if you are having tire issues.

Team does a great job! Friendly and offer solutions that work for the customer rather than trying to maximize profits. I’ve been a repeat customer for years.
