Wouldn’t trust these dudes with your car. They have bad attitudes. Not sure why they felt the need to act so disrespectfully towards me. Personally, I’m glad they did so. Any shop that would side eye, mean mug, or verbally insult someone interested in the shops capabilities is not a place I’d bring my performance vehicle let alone a daily commuter. With such short tempers I wouldn’t put it past these guys to ruin your car as some other folks have mentioned with pictures. Locals love to highly rate a place where they frequent. But if your not already a frequent flier here it seems they will try to get one over you or not be interested. I recommend Randolph Auto Clinic on 410 South St. or just about anywhere that has enough wherewithal to at least greet a customer kindly until they give you a reason to be upset. They’ll even negotiate prices with you as they want repeat and happy customers. Good luck on your mechanic search everyone. This isn’t the place. Edit: Hi it was 2 bald men. My father brought his 2010 Subaru Forester to have the engine swapped. Quote for labor was fair which was $1500. Even though it took them couple weeks longer that I was initially told to have the car ready I was fine with that as long as they did the right job. My father bought a used engine at Terryville Auto parts in CT for about $3k and dropped the engine along with the vehicle at the service to have it swapped. I took photos of the engine we bought in case they don’t fit that engine in the car, and i was right in doing that! THEY DID NOT SWAP THE ENGINE WE BOUGHT INTO THE CAR! Instead they just fixed the old engine and told us that the engine has been swapped and the car is ready. After comparing the pictures i took of the engine my father bought we concluded that the engine has not been swapped. After i call the service and telling them that they did not swap the engine and showing them the pictures, they told me that we sent the car to someone else to do it because we were busy, saying that the other person might have done something to it. After that i told them i want my car with the engine we bought and believe it or not the engine we bought was sitting at the service at 8am of the next day, being told that the person who did your car brought it in the morning(lies). They finally swapped the engine but if i didn’t have the pictures i took to proof it I would’ve lost $5000 and my car would still have the same problems it had before. I am also posting pictures showing the difference of the two engines as you can see by different serial numbers close to the 3 holes if you zoom in.

Needed lowering springs installed on my Civic Hatchback. Called Al and he gave a good price and installed them 2 days later! Friendly service and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend to anyone needing any vehicle modifications!!
