I cannot recommend Bimmer PhD enough. I previously took my car to the dealer, but after my experience here, I will only be working with Bimmer PhD going forward. The customer service provided by Jesse was absolutely top-notch. What really set them apart was the thorough inspection report provided. It included detailed photos of everything they found, which gave me so much peace of mind. Jesse took the time to go over the entire report with me, helping me prioritize the most urgent repairs according to my current budget rather than just trying to upsell me. It is rare to find that level of transparency and care in the auto industry. If you want a shop that is professional, honest, and high-quality, this is it!

Called on a Friday morning with oil smoking from the engine. Kevin took me in with no appointment. They diagnosed the issue and identified other issues and provided video to support. Their work order was very detailed and they explained everything. Spent more than I wanted, but the car is driving great now. I also appreciated the free loaner car. Thanks.

I give my highest recommendation for Bimmer PhD! I reached out to them when the BMW dealership was trying to charge me over $1200 for a service that I suspected was off. I called for an estimate from Bimmer PhD and Jesse explained what the job was, what they needed to do, etc. He was professional with his factual explanation and it gave me the facts I needed to fight the charge with the dealership and it worked. The dealership ended up doing that part of the service free of charge. I promised I would go to Bummer PhD next so I kept my promise when we needed to take the car in recently. Jesse was incredibly helpful again. They found and fixed the issue but the true value, in my opinion, was their customer service. Jesse communicated that the warranty company declined a service. When I questioned the details, Jesse contacted the warranty company again to obtain more details, including what part of the warranty their argument fell under, etc. I am now in the process of fighting the warranty denial. I truly appreciate them looking out for me as a customer. Bimmer PhD goes above and beyond maintaining the car. They offer ethical, honest, transparent service. As a woman dealing with car service, this is invaluable. Thank you Bimmer PhD!
