I appreciated several things about this place: They checked to see if they could repair the tire first, without me asking about this. They didn't recommend I buy the most expensive tire among my choices, saying I didn't need it. Also, they got the job done pretty quickly. On top of it, they were very friendly!

Replaced rear tires. Service was fine, took a little over an hour to complete. Got back in car and smelled of smoke. Tires looked good, drove for about a week and came out to see one of the new tires was flat since it wasn't seated properly. So I had to fix it and pump it up.

pulled up for diff fluid change (very basic) with appointment- tech drives my car for ~15 mins(??) & tells me to leave with zero explanation. Literally just “not doing it”. Went to dealership- 2x price but done under 1hr, car ran great before but smooth as butter now. VIP tire Brookline reviews have to be fake pls just go to the dealer or your trusted local mechanic, online mechanic brands always screw you why would this place be any different….

VIP tires helped us replace a flat tire and ensured alignment of suspension was in a good place, it needed it. Super helpful and responsive when I came in on a Saturday morning at 10am, the car was done by noon. Easy, friendly, and super helpful! I’ll be back for sure. Thanks! (Image is old tire with puncture. They had exactly the same brand tire in stock so this swap was easy).

I had a great experience at VIP Tires when I had a leak in my tire recently. I was able to be seen right away, and the person at the front counter was very friendly. I could use their free Wifi in their comfortable waiting area to do work while waiting for my car. The work was quick but thorough, and they found a leak that was easy to fix, charging an honest, reasonable price. I would recommend their services!
