Zero stars , I called explained I had a certain car needed a patch when I arrived after driving all the way to the location he told me he can’t do the work complete waste of time and not at all understanding . Not the way to be treated or spoken to. Very disappointed . Never give this place your business he explains he is too busy for more business don’t waste your time

Came here for NYS DMV annual inspection 2-3-2026! This auto shop is one of the very few in Manhattan - it's like an oasis 👍👍 Friendly, courteous and prompt services that one can't get anywhere else in the NYC metro area. This shop is a 10⭐ Clean waiting area with hot coffee and a clean toilet. I was in and out in 20 minutes 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh, the shop has a wonderful cool SIGN posted at the entrance by the 🇺🇸

This morning, when I went to get my car, there was a gash in the tire and it was flat. I needed to drive to an important appointment and I was initially baffled what I could do. Fortunately I called Cybert Tire Care and once I gave them my tire numbers, they assured me they could replace the tire! I put on my donut and within 25 minutes of arriving at their shop on West 52nd just off 11th, I was in route to my destination! George was incredibly helpful and to my astonishment, the price of the new tire was reasonable! I learned it’s the oldest tire shop in NYC and a very reputable one!

Took car in for inspection last minute today and they were all very friendly and provided quick service. Very clean shop with nice outdoor waiting area. Even gave my son a little gift for his patience. I will be back.
