Unfortunately after buying not one but two vehicles through Lithia and one being a Lincoln Navigator. Their body shop refuses to warranty their work. 13 days after getting my Navigator back after being rear ended my rear quarter panel began popping out. I took it into Aaron the manager to get repaired much to my surprise he refused to repair their work. He tried blaming it on a second accident. I have attached photos for everyone to see and you can be the judge. If this is how you get treated after purchasing through Lithia I will take my business else where. All I am looking for is them to fix my quarter panel properly.

The fastest oil change we’ve ever had in our life. We may have timed it just perfectly, but we just drove up and went right into the stall. They checked us in and said it would be about 45 minutes. My wife plays the guitar. They had a guitar on a stand in the waiting room with coffee. She entertained people singing while I looked at trucks with a nice sales person from Honduras. I bought my truck there in 2004 and I would buy another one there. The truck has 220,000 miles no issues.

I needed a recall fixed on my 2024 Mustang Mach E so I called just before the weekend and to my surprise, Mike Mance in service took my call. My experience with most stores is the service department is hard to get ahold of. Not here. Even better, I was able to drop the car off within 4 days of my call to have the recall done! I showed up for my appointment and Mike and I had never met but he still greeted me by name like already knew me. The estimate on time to be completed was 4pm that day and it wasn’t much past noon before Mike called me and said the work was done. They even had the shop Forman listen to a noise that had just started happening. Well. No more noise either. I’m a dealer, myself and have been for a long time (33 years) so I thought I knew what to expect and clearly you can imagine how pleased I was. Kudos to the entire service department and especially Mike Mann. I will continue to use Lithia for my service when possible. Sincerely, Mike Parr

Bought a 25' F150 King Ranch. Lithia offered the best discounts on the King Ranch and highest trade on my '23 F150 Lariat. Ben Rice (sales dude) was no pressure and easy to work with. The finance guy did the required upsale routine but was not pushy and didn't play games. Next year I will be back to give them first chance to sell me another truck.

We recently did an overhaul of our home and company vehicles and went to Lithia Ford to look for some trucks. We had visited a different location prior, but found Lithia to have the best ongoing and accurate inventory of trucks by far. We also found that they had the best employed people who were friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help us find what we were looking for. Especially Ammar, he was the easiest to communicate with, and spent a lot of time with us to help us find the perfect long term fit for our family. We came back several times, and every time we looked for Ammar because he was the most fun to work with, he was excited for us, and willing to work hard to find exactly what we were looking for. And we didn’t make the job easy! We have 8 kids and were downsizing from one 12 passenger van to two trucks so that we can haul more things for our camp trips, horses, and mountain biking adventures. We absolutely made the right decision, and I wish we came in sooner, because we have been so happy with our purchases! Besides that part, the actual location is amazing. My youngest baby is 1 and so we spent a lot of time in the kids waiting area playing while paperwork was signed. There were snacks, clean bathrooms, and although I wouldn’t consider a car dealership family friendly, this one is!! And it matters, we made several trips while we were deciding what to do, and my boys loved coming in to see Ammar and the trucks. They have cool Bronco displays, and Ford decor that makes the location set apart from other places. 10/10 experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
