I had a wonderful experience here. My tire pressure kept going down and lo and behold there was a large nail puncturing my tire. They patched my tire and I thought the price was very reasonable, and Mike at the front desk was very friendly. He was also upfront and honest about the estimated time it would take, given the after work rush of customers. As time passed and other customers came in, I also heard him be up front with them at well, which was very refreshing. The waiting area was nice, with complimentary water and coffee. They seem like a well oiled machine and I will definitely go back for my next car trouble!

I wish the appointment program was more accurate. I came in with a scheduled “waiter” appointment and they had no idea I was coming in and then I was told it would be 1 hour and 30 min. I then left came back 1 hour and 30 minutes later and my car had not moved. Fast forward 2 hours later and my car was ready. My other shop uses autoops scheduler and it’s a much better booking experience.

Had a great experience at VIP tires. The staff was friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable about tires. The service was quick and efficient — I was in and out faster than expected. I went in to replace 4 tires on my Toyota RAV4. The service representative, Bernardo, noticed my car had had a leak and was concerned there was mold in the interior. He recommended I get the car detailed. I appreciated that he noticed this. All the employees were friendly (Mike at checkout in particular). I would recommend this business.
