I picked Bay Area Tire because of their 5-Star rating on Tire Rack. These customers are knowledgeable and expect a lot from their installers. My tires were delivered from Tire Rack and I scheduled an appointment so that I could wait for the install. My schedule filled up on the install day so I dropped the car off a day early and they completed the work on the same day. I have used competitive tire stores before and have not be satisfied with the service or knowledge. I will use Bay Area Point S again.

This tire shop provided great service from start to finish. They fit me in same day on a busy Saturday and completed the job quickly. They were able to find the leak in my tire that others could not, and both repaired it and installed it on my vehicle. I received excellent customer service from Matt and Doug along with great communication and a clear(quick!) timeline. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

What a great team! I had a simple but unexpected tire event. They giy my car on the lift.. found the nail and patched me up quickly. Just the downtime i needed. Lounge was clean and welcoming. I am in the Auto Industry and appreciate great service. Well done Bay Area … if anyone needs new tires or service …. You can multitask …Giant, Gabes, RamenYa, Target, Fortune Cookie or Target across the street!!

Recently brought my Sorento into Bay Area Point S Auto Service Glen Burnie for what I thought was a bad wheel bearing. Doug listened to my description and agreed a wheel bearing may be an issue. Three hours later, Doug called and told me the problem was not the bearing but a large accumulation of corrosion around the hub. The technician cleaned out the corrosion and for good measure checked the other three wheel bearings. All fixed. No charge..... Who does that? Takes the time to fix a problem, then goes beyond to make sure the other axles don't have the same issue. Then doesn't charge me for their time and thanks me for bringing my car in. Doug, you and your technicians have found a new customer. Thank you all for being an honest establishment.
