Believe all the negative reviews and not all of the fake forced positive ones. Sold my Audi SQ5 to them a month ago that I owed money on. I cut them a $12k check to pay off the difference with what's owed on my car. Reached out a few days afterwards and was told my loan was paid off. A couple weeks later my bank hadn't received anything, so I end up paying another months car payment. Here we are a month after selling the car and still nothing. I reached out on the 11th and they said it wasn't paid off yet, and whoever told me that it was, was wrong. So they said they'd send the check that same day. But here we are another week and a half later, and bank(only a couple towns over) still hasn't received anything. A week from now, I'll have to pay another car payment again for a car that I already sold to them and to make matters worse, my Audi SQ5 had already been sold last week. Each person I talked to over the phone at Eastside is never much help. Always puts me on hold, or hangs up on me. Quite frustrating. Not how an honest dealership should operate.

Called and got a quote for new tires mounted and balanced. Scheduled an appointment and dropped my vehicle off. At 10:00PM after already dropping my vehicle off I was told the tires never came in, and the appointment was canceled. Two weeks later I was told the tires had arrived and the job could be done next day so I again dropped my vehicle off. I was told at 5PM I could come pick up my truck, I got there and was left waiting for roughly 30-40 minutes while they finished up. I got my truck back with 3 out of 4 valve stem caps not on, different PSI in every tire, and 2 out of the 4 rims with big new scratches in them clearly from the tire machine. I can deal with bad customer service if the work is top notch. But this place didn’t provide in either department. Won’t be back.

I recently sold my car to EastSide Motoring in Waltham after being connected through CarGurus, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They offered a fair price—actually quite a bit higher than what CarMax quoted—and the process was straightforward and efficient. I made an appointment for an inspection, and about two hours later I walked out with a check in hand. Sean, Janely and Nick were all professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I’d absolutely recommend doing business with them.

These guys were the most knowledgeable I found when it came to customizing the suspension of my Toyota Tacoma. They provided great advice and beat the price of other firms I had contacted. The work was done, very efficiently and professionally, and I’m very pleased with the outcome
